It’s pretty obvious Jacob knows what he’s talking about. He practices what he preaches and has been teaching this stuff for years. However, I found the ebook to be somewhat dry. I wasn’t expecting an entertaining novel of course, but it was hard at times to continue reading. I, myself am not much for reading and would have appreciated a little more video interaction. Everything you need to know is there, but not all people absorb information best through the written word. I wish Jacob would have been a little more considerate in that aspect.
What impressed me the most about the Jump Manual is…
The depth of Hiller’s knowledge of the human body and how he designed the program to work with your body and not against it. And when I say “your body” I mean he acknowledges that every body is slightly different. You may not get the same instant results that someone else on the Jump Manual will get.
