What didn’t I like or what could have been better?

While going through this jump manual review I really couldn’t find anything hugely wrong with the product. Jacob really knows his stuff especially in regards to the differences between intensity and duration of your training. If I must be knit-picky about something then more video demonstrations would have been great to see. The book does disclose everything you need to know but you’ll have to read through and if you’re not much for reading it can be somewhat painful.

Don’t get wrong, there is proper demonstration of the critical exercises you’ll need to know in order to get through the jump manual training sequences but it is very minimal.
